Freedom of Information Complaints Procedure

1. Any person who believes that Cambridge Assessment or OCR are not complying with their publication schemes or who is unhappy with the way that their access request has been handled, or with the outcome of the consideration of the request, has the right to make a formal complaint if the issue cannot be resolved informally in discussion with the member of staff dealing with the original request.

2. Complaints must be submitted in writing by letter or e-mail to Cambridge Assessment’s Corporate Affairs Manager (Mr John Harris, 1 Hills Road, Cambridge CB1 2EU, or harris.john@cambridgeassessment.org.uk), who will respond to the complaint within 20 working days. The complainant will be advised that they have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner if they are dissatisfied with the outcome of the procedure’
