Freedom of Information Complaints Procedure

1. Any person who believes that Cambridge Assessment or OCR are not complying with their publication schemes or who is unhappy with the way that their access request has been handled, or with the outcome of the consideration of the request, has the right to request an internal review if the issue cannot be resolved informally in discussion with the member of staff dealing with the original request. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of our response to the original request.

2. Requests for internal reviews must be submitted in writing by letter or e-mail to Cambridge Assessment’s Corporate Affairs Manager (Mr John Harris, 1 Hills Road, Cambridge CB1 2EU, or harris.john@cambridgeassessment.org.uk), who will respond within 20 working days. Complainants have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner if they are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review procedure.
