The Council for British International Schools is hosting its annual conference in London on 12-14 May 2018, to be attended by heads, governors, owners and senior leaders from schools around the world from both COBIS member and non-member schools. Last year's conference was attended by c.700 delegates, exhibitors, speakers and guests.
The theme for this year's conference is Leading Learning. The programme includes high-profile keynote speakers as well as a choice of seminars and workshops.
Cambridge Assessment’s Director for Assessment Research and Development, Tim Oates CBE will be giving a keynote speech at this year’s conference at 13:00 on Sunday 13 May. Ahead of this keynote speech COBIS has published a blog written by Tim called ‘Individualised learning, personalised learning - just where did it come from and what does it mean?’.
