The Teacher Development Trust is hosting a one-day conference aimed at giving school leaders expert insight into using curriculum design as a form of staff development driven by their middle leaders. The new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework is providing impetus for thinking and the Trust has created this conference as an opportunity for senior and middle leaders to hear and discuss the latest on practice.
Delegates will hear from thought leaders, experts and leading practitioners including Oftsed's Head of Research Daniel Muijs, secondary school leader Ros McMullen and the Trust's Chief Executive David Weston. Deputy Editor of the TES Ed Dorrell, will be chairing a panel of school leaders and experts to explore how middle leaders can be supported.
We look forward to hearing from Tim Oates, Group Director at our Assessment Research and Development Division, who’ll be running an afternoon session titled "Forget the fads from futurology - concentrate on curriculum principles" which will start at 13:40.
