RAISE 2019

TopSchools, the expert source for info on Hong Kong schools online, is hosting the 2nd Redefine Asian Schools and Education Conference (RAISE) in Shenzhen, China between 24 and 26 October 2019. In the era of globalisation, it has become the focus of educational reform in various countries to build a more international, modern and personalised teaching environment, to cultivate students' transferable skills, to enhance cross-cultural communication and collaborative competence, to help them better prepare for the unknown employment environment and to create a future-orientated educational ecosystem. 

In this context, the theme at this years' RAISE is 'Promoting Schools' Cross-National Collaboration and Communication'. The forum aims to explore topics including school's development strategies, building educational communities, the influence of education technology, and how to nurture creative life-long learners, to find what's common among schools from different regions and countries. 

Tim Oates, Group director at our Assessment Research and Development Division, will be delivering a keynote speech on international education development. Tim will be joined by more than 100 other guest speakers as well as school leaders, educators and leaders from education companies.
