From September 2019, Ofsted has refocused inspections of schools to make sure that learners are receiving a high-quality education that puts them on a path to future success. The implementation of the new inspection framework will require schools to quickly adapt to the new judgement areas to ensure they’re meeting the new handbook criteria.
Tim Oates, Director of Assessment Research and Development, and member of the Ofsted Curriculum Advisory Group, will be chairing the upcoming Westminster Insight event on 26 November. This conference will provide greater clarification on what the new education inspection framework means in practice and how the planned changes are affecting the way Ofsted inspects schools.
Desmond Deehan, CEO of Odyssey Trust for Education, will deliver a keynote speech on preparing for the inspection framework including the latest revisions or amendments that are planned or have already taken place along with further insights into what to expect regarding how Ofsted will inspect under the new framework. This will be followed by a variety of case studies as well as further keynote speeches.
