Historical Association Annual Conference

Cambridge Assessment are proud sponsors of the Historical Association Conference being held in Stratford-upon-Avon. This annual event is for history practitioners and enthusiasts from a wide range of backgrounds including teachers and students. The conference offers this diverse audience offers the opportunity to hear from academic historians, textbook authors and researchers on a range of topics across differing topics and regions.

Two of the Group’s awarding bodies, OCR and Cambridge Assessment International Education will be exhibiting at the conference and talking to delegates about GCSE, Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level and Cambridge International AS and A Level syllabuses. OCR is also running a workshop on A Level History hosted by its subject advisers. The workshop is timed to reflect on the completion of the first and second cohorts of the new linear syllabus, and invites delegates to share approaches and strategies for delivering the syllabus.
