What is your role in the Digital Assessment team?

I work as part of Cognate teams, using Design Thinking methodologies and Agile working practices to design digital product proposals for digital first assessments.

What can people ask you about?

Ask me about the challenges of adapting past papers for use on-screen. Or perhaps my trenchant views of remote proctoring...

Tell us something about you that we don't need to know, but helps us get to know you

I love cooking, particularly Indian cuisine.

What is the most exciting thing in the future of assessment?

The possibilities for designing authentic assessments that allow us to assess things that we can't do with the limitations of pen and paper.

What most annoys you about the assessment industry?

How long it takes to make meaningful change.

What are your interests?

I love reading, listening to music and playing board games.
